Our client, a major telecom service provider in Nigeria is in need of Customer Service Agents. Thus, we are recruiting to fill the position: Job Title: Customer Service Agents Location: Lagos State. Responsibilities Attending to walk in customers Excellent Customer Service Must at all times deliver an extremely high level of customer service in an efficient, friendly and professional manner Customer Handling Time All customers are to be served within the agreed time limits for both regular and High Value Customers. Provide daily feedback on business activities. Care of Company asset Requirements Basic understanding and knowledge of GSM market and Telecoms products and services It is required that each agent be bilingual with fluent spoken English language and at least one major Nigerian language in addition. Additional language can be one of Yoruba, Hausa, and Pidgin. The minority languages might come in useful depending on the showroom location Ability to use a computer is required. Passable typing skills ( at least 27 wpm). Knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Passion for customer satisfaction and service delivery (customer centric) Good communication skills. Attention to detail Empathetic Patient and Excellent listening skills. Qualification Minimum of OND,HND and BSC will be as an added value.
