Following the huge potentials in our
e-commerce business, we require the service of an Ecommerce manager to manage
and monitor sales on our online store and other online assets. Qualified
candidate will be responsible for selling, selecting and moving goods online
for optimum sales position. Experience for buying and selling online is a must
and should also understand online advertising and vast in social media (
Facebook, twitter, google+, You tube, etc )
The person
The perfect candidate will play a
vital role in the company and must be willing to drive a start-up to success.
He or she should be willing to accept a living wage and will also have
commission in line with company policy
Responsibilities/Requirements (Including, but not limited to)
- Responsible
for the development and sales performance of the online business, working
with key people within the organization.
- Development
and execution of marketing plans designed to grow the base of customers
visiting our site, driving revenue, and increasing customer loyalty.
- Oversee
product offers and merchandising, ensuring sales are maximized and that
content is delivered effectively.
- Track
traffic and sales performance amending where necessary to increase sales.
- Monitor
other online and discounts website consistently to make sure we have the
right products and prices.
- Experience
selling mens and ladies discounted retail goods (off-price or discounted
retailer).
- Analyze
customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future
sales growth.
- Knowledge
of web maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge
of Search engine optimization.
- Online
inventory management.
- Ensuring
that our staff handles returns and refunds promptly, and that customers
are left with a positive impression of our company.
- Familiarity
with the workings of an e-commerce business, for example: product
fulfillment, customer support, payment gateways.
- Stay
up to date with new product releases. Add them to our inventory and profile
them
- Partner
with vendors, manufacturers, retailers and logistics company to achieve targets
- Review
and release orders based on product availability
- Notify
Management of any price discrepancies on orders
- Notify
Management of any out of Stock issues that delays any order from shipping on
time
- Cancel
or change open orders as needed
- Maintain
Customer Information files and add any additional information that is required
on how to do business with each account
- Take
action and resolve complaints &
Process replacement orders
- Navigate
websites to retrieve orders, upload inventory, cancel orders, change ship
dates, and provide tracking information
- Perform
other duties as needed
